Cookie settings.
The small amount of browser storage needed to keep Rack City’s member features working.
Essential authentication cookies
The site uses a strictly necessary HTTP-only session cookie named rackcity_session. It keeps your Discord sign-in and server-side support permissions associated with your browser session. Without it, Discord login, guild verification, profiles, tickets and staff access cannot work.
If you select “Stay signed in”, the site also sets an HTTP-only rackcity_remember cookie for up to 30 days. It contains only a random browser token; the matching token is stored server-side and can be revoked when you sign out.
These cookies use the Secure flag when HTTPS is active and SameSite=Lax to support the OAuth callback. They are not used for advertising or analytics.
Cookies we do not currently use
Rack City Gaming does not intentionally set advertising, analytics, social-tracking or personalisation cookies. The site may load third-party content such as Discord widgets, Leaflet maps, YouTube embeds or Steam links; those providers may process requests or use their own technologies under their own policies.
Managing cookies
Because the Rack City authentication cookies are strictly necessary, disabling them will prevent member features from working. You can delete them through your browser settings or sign out, which ends the current session and revokes the remember-me token.
