Terms of service.
The rules for using Rack City Gaming’s website, support desk and connected community features.
1. Using the service
Rack City Gaming is an independent community project. By using this website, signing in with Discord, opening a support ticket or using a connected feature, you agree to these terms, the published community rules and any applicable Discord or game-service rules.
2. Discord access
Member features require you to authenticate with Discord. We may check whether your account is in the Rack City guild and what roles it has. Guild membership does not guarantee access to every feature. We may restrict or remove access where necessary for safety, moderation or service operation.
3. Support tickets and attachments
Use the support desk for genuine community, account and server-support requests. Do not submit passwords, payment details, private keys, malware, illegal material, harassment, threats or another person’s private information. Attachments are limited to 10 MB per file and may be scanned, rejected or removed. Staff may read and respond to tickets, mark them read, close them and retain relevant records.
4. Moderation
Authorised staff may moderate website and Discord access, including closing tickets, removing content, timing out, kicking or banning members, where permitted by Discord and community rules. Moderation decisions may be recorded for safety, appeals and audit purposes. Discord’s own enforcement and terms also apply.
5. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass authentication, access another member’s tickets, overload or probe the service, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, interfere with the Discord bot or use the service for unlawful activity.
6. Third-party services
Discord, Steam, YouTube, map services and other linked services are independent providers. Their availability, content, terms and privacy practices are outside Rack City Gaming’s control. Any future Steam account-linking feature will have additional instructions and privacy information.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an evolving, availability-dependent basis. Features may be changed, suspended or removed for maintenance, security, provider changes or community reasons. We may update these terms; the date above identifies the current version.
8. Content and responsibility
You keep responsibility for material you submit and must have the right to share it. You grant Rack City Gaming permission to store and display submitted ticket content to the people who need it to provide support and moderation. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@rackcitygaming.com. Rack City Gaming is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Techtive Games, Steam or Valve.
